  Hoang joined CPG Vietnam Co., Ltd in 2010 as an Architect. In the end of 2015, with his excellence and enthusiasm in work, he was sent to Singapore to work as job on training in about 01 year. After the training course, he came back to Vietnam to in charge some important project and was promoted as Head of Design after 1 year.

After graduation he had worked in three architectural company in Viet Nam namely Cao Vinh Architecture JSC from 2006 to 2008, Phu Hoang Anh JSC from 2008 to 2009, TPGroup (Thanh Phong Group) from 2009 to 2010.
