Victor was responsible for the communications side of the business (newlsetter, blogs, research, etc) but also the support he gave to deliver the project targets. Whatever the topic be it for a blog, the weekly newsletter, which was managed & delivered by Victor, a presentation or even just to explain a new project target to fellow colleagues, Victor always researched and understood the topic for himself first and then looked how best to present it to the audience, be they internal or external.
