Valerie is one of the hardest working people I know- she is a solution oriented thinker who goes above and beyond for her team and her work. Her ability to successfully lead her department and team to meet the metrics and goals set before her was done with genuine optimism and enthusiasm. I cannot say enough about Valerie's professionalism, attention to detail, personality, and most of all telepathy (more on this in a moment). She made our wedding not only a moment we will never forget, but also a moment that our guests will not either. Having a wedding in another country brings with it a special set of problems that are beyond those a local wedding planner must navigate. This includes streamlining communication between the bride and local vendors, making sure that what has been promised is actually delivered, and most importantly forming a brides's vision (often communicated through Facebook or email) into reality that actually matches the bride's expectation. In terms of seeing my wife's vision, Val is gifted with powers of telepathy I only wish I could possessed. Our wedding was not an event, it was an almost dream-like experience, the type that creates family stories you tell your kids about. Without Val the dream would never have been a reality!
