I was responsible for researching content for our social media platform and newsletter. I answered emails and resolved queries we received over other platforms. I formulate the email campaigns and was responsible for the follow up task. I helped in managing events and represented our department in internal events. I drafted reports for our engagement on different platforms and summer rises the analysis for our quarterly staff meetings with the whole School of Continuing Education. I got trained for the procurement services to manage the invoices and payments.
