1. Adoption, Maintenance, and Management of Proposal Evaluation and Grant Management Software: • In charge of the development of AID 360 software, developed by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in partnership with BRLF.• Compiled software requirements internally from all departments and facilitated negotiations with TCS to ensure incorporation of these in the software. • Led the training and handholding support for partners to ease the process of software adoption. 2. Program Management: • Partner Management - Support in finalization of the proposals and budgets of 6 organizations being funded by BRLF, ensure timely reporting by the CSOs and monitoring and evaluation of the CSOs.• Initiated and led the process of Log Frame Analysis (LFAs) preparation for 13 CSO partners, in order to facilitate smooth entry into AID 360. • Provided on-site support to partner CSOs to finalize the LFAs in a participatory manner. • Supported CSOs in finalization of their baseline survey methodology.• Monitoring and evaluation of CSO partners – onsite monitoring of 4 CSOs.3. Knowledge Management (Knowledge Creation and Exchange):• Set up the knowledge management vertical in the organization.• Lead of research study for Rajeevika (Rajasthan SRLM) for evaluation of CFT project (Category B works) in Rajasthan. Managed a team of 10 for this project.• Documentation of case studies on various livelihood themes. • Developed a baseline survey structure for the CSO partners to conduct baseline surveys.• Developed website content for BRLF’s official website• Support in development of Annual Reports 2014-15 and 2015-16.• Support in development of key organizational documents such as Strategy Document. • Support in recruitment process.

Project Title: Identifying skill and manpower requirements, understanding the existing gap and suggesting suitable interventions/recommendations to address the skills gap.Work Description: The project was a research study to analyse the skills demand and supply gap in youth in Jamnagar and Dwarka districts of Gujarat and give recommendations to address the same in terms of institutional partnerships. To understand the availability in terms of aspirations of the supply side, rural youth in the age group of 18-35 years were interviewed. The working model of skill training institutes and their current capacity was also studied. As part of the demand side, the present and future requirements of the large recruiters were documented. This involved interviewing the large recruiters and contractors in the area of the study. Framing of the research questions, preparation of methodology and survey tools, data collection and data cleaning, coding and analysis (using SPSS) were part of the project.

As part of the supply side, I understood the working of the co-operatives started by the organization, their organization structure, their current capacity to produce and the problems they are currently facing. The demand side included analysing the working model of Akshaya Patra and its current demand. Further an analysis on the demand and supply gap was done and recommendations were given to CCD to fulfil the requirements of Akshaya Patra.
