Regarding to recruitment process, I mostly support on commercial functions for 70% and the rest for the supply chain. Regarding to recruitment process, I mostly support on commercial functions for 70% and the rest for the supply chain. Commercial function refers to Sales, MKT, TMKT plus other supporting departments/sections. I normally recruit from Entry to Foundation levels, which required to conduct an Executive Search or hunting by social professional platform base on headcount plan. Beside those things, I get in touch with admin task regarding to the onboarding process (Staff Onboarding Induction) and also prepare required documentations for related teams to avoid of missing the beneficial of new employees and also include the staff evaluation process with the hiring manager. Moreover, I'm also response of staff turnover rate by in charge departments and found out the issues of staff resignation. There are more tasks like administrative task which is signed by line manager. The most challenging was to place the right people with the right place, fill the headcount to meet the timeline, and dealing with different types of people.

Beside that, I used to close the session of training class (meant, give some speech before they attached the branch). And other admin tasks assign by manager.
