She always seems to know exactly who to put on copy in an email to help get an answer for me from any given resort I have questions about . When I have clients staying at one of her properties I know they will get treated as the VIP client I claim them to be. She goes to great lengths to make sure the management at any given property knows my clients are coming. As a result of that I have clients that are loyal to my agency and loyal to Blue Diamond.
