Volodymyr is one of the TOP-3 managers I reported during my professional career. I`m proud and thankful for opportunity to work in Volodymyr`s team. It was a great period in my internal HR career. Volodymyr is a wise and keen leader who can foresee for few steps and years ahead. He can lead people as real squad commander. I will not hesitate to fight together with Volodymyr, as can totally trust him. He knows his subordinates and can effectively communicate in every level, from owners to trainees. Managers who are really wants to develops and opened to changes can benefit a lot while cooperates with Volodymyr. His life stories are vivid and humane and closely connected with business and it was one of reason while I stayed so long with LIMO. He is the best storyteller in my career and it was really hard decision for me to leave the company where Volodymyr is a leader. Even while punishing he is developing his subordinates, and his critical comments are always made in respectful and correct manner. For my opinion Volodymyr is a great asset for company and can bring a great results for business and people in this business.
