It has been 30 years since Volkan and I first met, working together to grow a computer business. Time says a lot. In a nutshell I have observed his actions in the way he goes about life. What is comforting, he has remained congruent: both in his family life and work life. Volkan, a gifted communicator, open minded and deep thinker has grown his knowledge over the years. Calm, yet energetic, his engaging nature strikes a positive chord in the people he meets. His EQ is beyond many people I have met. I am overwhelmed by his career journey that has gone from strength to strength. He loves to share his learning's so that others may grow. For those reasons, I commissioned Volkan to help consolidate my highly collaborative teams at both The Planet Earth Cleaning Company and Eco Bin Australia. From a need’s analysis, interviewing key staff, a framework was created. Combining that knowledge, workshops were designed. Theses workshops uncovered a common thread. Not only was it about our care for the planet, it was about people.
