During my work with Volha she showed herself like a responsible and consistent person. She systematically worked through all the tasks that had been set and raised the questions which had a potential to influence the working process in time. I had a chance to manage Volha directly as a QA lead on one of the projects at EPAM Systems. Volha adapted quickly to the existing project and became a valuable team member soon.
