  I've been involved with the Radio Dixie, or, specifically, its magazine part, from the very beginning. I helped with turning the idea into reality, creating the editorial concept of the whole magazine, finding writers and defining topics. I'm also involved in copy editing of the articles, as well as discussing topics with authors and, in some cases, coaching them to better express their ideas and opinions, thus helping them create more interesting, fun-to-read articles.I'm also involved in relations with advertisers and overseeing the web development and design.

  Starting with a personal blog, I conceived what I think is one of the most original automotive websites in Czech Republic. Took it all the way from hobby project to a professional magazine reaching 360,000 Users monthly. Created various events, like Czech version of Cars&Coffee meets (called Kafe&Káry) or trackdays, reaching into the "real world". Assembled a wonderful team of 10+ people and managed to convince them to work tirelessly on my vision. Still don't understand the last one...

  Creating the official magazine of ŠKODA Motorsport department at www.skoda-motorsport.com. Responsible for everything from long-term strategy to day-to-day running of the magazine. Moved the magazine from basic rally reporting to full-scale journal about motorsport, the brand and various lifestyle topics. Developed the strategy of attracting the non-rally fans to the world of rallying, involving product and getting local markets on board. Created daily content, edited, proofread, translated (between English and Czech) and sometimes written articles.
