My responsibilities as Team Leader in ISP Asia department include leading and directly supervising a great team of four Program Managers, managing the workload and work allocations for the whole Asia program team (10 people), proposing, implementing and pushing through innovations, and supporting the Head of Asia team in designing yearly team budgets and HR plans and in hiring new team members. Apart from these managerial responsibilities I will be running 4-6 study programs to Asia each year in Program Manager function to keep in touch with our product and our contact networks.

I also often accompany the groups on their trips, taking on a role of program leader ensuring the smooth execution of the trip.
