Perform customer credit checks and file credit applications with HQ. Collect, provide, and review supporting documentation to adjust credit lines up or down. Process invoices for export certificates, certificate of free sales, cGMP certificate. Generate pro-forma invoice for COD customers to collect payments. Audit receiving log daily for accountability using AS400. Support the operating team with analysis necessary to drive continuous improvement projects utilizing AS400 to create and generate reports that provide executives with transparency. Review reports for accuracy, address corrections, and approve release of purchase orders. Provide monthly analysis for out of code and/or nearly out of code information. Validate, reviews, and maintains fixed assets in comparison to capital budget. Support IT system administration in local network administration and hardware set up and troubleshooting for our location as needed. (secondary role) Organize and lead bi-weekly meetings with manufacturing managers to analyze, identify, and address areas throughout the manufacturing process where we can decrease waste and increase efficiency in how raw materials are used for total cost savings initiatives.
