I was privileged to work side by side with him, editing advanced analytics research papers for our internal clients, once until 3 a.m., that time of night when one's true character can't help but shine through the challenges! Although I was his manager on paper, he consistently did an excellent job of steering me towards the right decisions, providing me in advance with all the evidence needed to ensure our clients and team always headed towards the right outcomes. Vladimir has an outstanding sense of what constitutes value, going beyond mere financials and KPIs, and truly understanding the individual needs of our clients and the structural limitations of the organization. His leadership and managerial abilities made his team one of the most successful in the entire company, gaining recognition from the CEO on down.
