I participated as a member of an expert group in the formation of the regulatory framework, resulting in a presidential decree approving the implementation of the system throughout Russia in 2015— Created and launched a platform, testing sports performance and overall physical condition, in addition to implementing a gamification approach and ratings system designed to enhance user engagement, resulting in 10,000 new users within the span of a year— Represented the social sector in an official conference at The Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, and, in the position of an efficiency evaluation expert, presented reports to the Chamber on the development of the RLS system by both non-profits and responsible state agencies
