It was really great working with Vladislav. During my time at Keen Software House he was an excellent manager to me, always friendly, consistently thoughtful and as transparent as possible. He taught me a lot about how to be an effective leader to my team, and thanks to him I was able take my leadership skills to the next level. In stressful situations Vladislav has a calming presence, his communication is clear, honest, and to the point, he doesn't beat around the bush as they say. He has a critical view of what is happening, able to make observations that others missed, but is also always listening to feedback and taking new ideas into consideration. If the situation arose, I would gladly work with Vladislav again.
