I worked with Vladimir for almost 2 years and I can honestly say he will be an asset for every team he may join, both as a developer and a team leader. Vladimir is not scared to jump into difficult problems and solve them in an efficient and elegant way. He can easily break down a problem and find the best solution and the right tech to go with. On a more personal note, I enjoyed having Vladimir as my team leader, he has great managing skills, great interpersonal skills, really cares about his team members and very fun to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with Vladimir on developing Vroom's systems and products. Vladimir is an exceptional Developer and leader. He had a significant contribution to Vroom's success and would be an asset as a member and manager in any team that he decides to join and i hope to get the chance to work with him in the future.
