Leading the team responsible for Youth Business Forum Organisation. Together with those extraordinary individuals we managed to organize one of the best youth events together with 5 entrepreneur partners on the project who are still supporting three teams who had the best start up ideas. Our main challenge was attraction of young people interested to start their own business, and consult with experts in this area. Marketing team, consisting of designer, social media manager, PR and promotions manager was in the focus during the whole year as they were closely working with both partners and customers. Our goal was to be present on social media and events where we could present students various opportunities that are available in more than 120 countries. Working together with AIESEC-ers from different countries in order to create desirable environment for young people from Serbia to grow and develop.

Being part of project team of the biggest career fair in Serbia. I was leading a 5 people responsible for marketing and promotion of event, and of attracting students. Working closely with project manager and agenda and sales manager on developing strategy for event, and creating marketing plan with the team. We divided our team on digital marketing and PR and promotion in order to be present on social media but on universities as well. In the first few months we were working on brand creation and network building, and few months before event we invested more time in attraction of students to the event, PR with relevant media. As 22 companies were present at the fair we needed to invest time to align with their branding and align our campaign with all industries we were working with. We managed to build a network of more than 15k students, and attract over a thousand young people to visit the fair and look for job opportunities. During the whole campaign we collected over 4000 CVs in our talent pool, and helped both students and companies to fulfill their potential. Show less

I was part of Corporate relations team responsible for cooperation with companies and non-government partners of AIESEC. Our team was responsible of creating data base of companies interested to support our project, communicating with the companies and aligning projects with partner's needs. With daily communication with customers we managed to grow our network of partners and bring more than 20 students on international internship in fields of marketing and market research.
