Vlad worked at my company Weave as an intern via the Lambda program. We weren't sure what to expect at first but Vlad was an awesome intern! He is a very hard worker and is very motivated when given a task. The codebase that Vlad had to learn is very large and complex and he dove right in and picked things up very quickly. He was very easy to work and communicate with and followed through on all the tasks he was given. Vlad is easy going, thoughtful and professional and I really enjoyed working with him. I would highly recommend Vlad to any company that is considering having him on their team!

During the time Vladislav worked for me he showed a very excellent leadership in times when we took over another distributors sales of Coffee. Vladislav managed to ensure the entire transition went smooth. Based on that Vladislav continued increasing our sales of our key brand in our portfolio.
