I worked directly with Viyomi for over 3 years, most of that time as her Manager. She is collaborative, hardworking and highly adaptive. She thrives on challenges and has the ability to stay calm in the most stressful of situations. She cared deeply about her clients and maintained great rapport with them which resulted in consistent business despite the challenging market conditions in 2020. She grew a client account (one of the top 3 global management consulting companies) to become the biggest client by value for the India office. She was also a great mentor to the new joiners in the team and would go out of way to ensure that they excelled on their KPIs, thus keeping them very motivated. Viyomi is also very comfortable with cross-office collaboration and would interact with global counterparts across time zones on a daily basis to ensure quick delivery on projects.
