Vivienne is someone who we have both recruited and recruited for in my time at Michael Page. Most recently, Vivienne has been involved in a retained process I have been working on for the past few months for a Head of Finance Shared Services role. Despite being pipped at the post the feedback I received for her throughout the process was excellent - the client thought that Vivienne was someone with fantastic presence, a natural manager and leader with an ability to understand both people and process extremely well.
