This project consists of the development of softwares for the alignment, stitching, and analysis light-sheet microscopes data sets and the conversion of their different saving formats. So far I developed a Python plugin for the previewing and automatic parsing of 2 different light-sheet microscopes acquisition data. In this project I developed an automatic pipeline for the pre-processing and peak detection of cortical signal to build 2D cortical activation maps. I also developed a 3D realistic model of the electrical and neurological properties of the optic nerve using FEM to quantify in silico the neuronal activation of the optic nerve resulting from electrical stimulation. I had the occasion to work on several graphical user interface to make in vivo experimental protocole parameter settings and signal processing user friendly for my colleagues. Finally, I developed novel support machine vector and regression machine learning algorithms able to correctly predict with a 70% accuracy the position of 10 different stimuli in the visual field based on electrical cortical datas.
