She has shown tremendous leadership ability and has demonstrated her technical abilities in filmmaking during this short period. During her two-month remote internship, Ms. Kasa directed, filmed, and edited eight healthcare-themed videos, garnering high views and engagement rates across our Facebook and WeChat platforms. During our weekly Monday meetings, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism and enthusiastically continued communications throughout the week, giving updates and confirming specific details, enabling her to achieve highly professional results despite working remotely and adjusting to a five-hour time difference. Furthermore, myself and my team members found that Ms. Kasa was a natural leader, able to tap her network of friends and acquaintances to assist in creating and deploying her first marketing survey to participating in multiple video projects. These projects have increased in complexity and in the number of participants being filmed but quality was never lost in the final product.
