  As Vice President, Community Relations, my team provided strategic direction for system-wide community relations. We were responsible for managing Aurora's corporate sponsorship budget, Aurora's sponsorship policy throughout our footprint, matching leaders with non-profit boards, maintaining relationships with community stakeholders, and caregiver community engagement through a system-wide volunteer program. During my tenure, we increased our budget by more than 65%, tripled our staff, revamped the corporate sponsorship policy, began utilizing an online sponsorship tool to help streamline sponsorship requests, launched Aurora Weeks of Caring - quarterly opportunities to engage caregivers in community volunteerism, and began producing bi-annual external reports on our commitment to the community.
