Evaluation of the role of Mycobacterium tuberculosis lipids' as nucleomodulines. It was attempted to develop a protocol for the isolation of pure nuclei from murine macrophages that can be used in the context of Mtb-infected macrophages to search for Mtb lipids using a dedicated lipidomic analysis.
