As a barista at Starbucks, I was responsible for preparing craft drinks and food, taking orders, dealing cash, and maintaining the cleanliness of the café. it is a position requires quick problem solving skills, strong communication skills and the ability of multi tasking. Our store had a hormony atmophere. I worked with 17 coworkes to maintain the operation of the store. During rush hours, we could have more than 100 customers per hour. I managed to offer the best service and the best quality drinks even with a high volumn of customers. Customers were satisfied with my friendliness and the careful working attitude.
