Through analyzing, troubleshooting and having interviews with co-workers we came up with a solution that was presented to different parts of the company. It also included a bigger group work which was done with all of the summer technologists. I was, together with 5 other people, responsible for the three weeks of introduction for new students starting their education at LTH. It is a project which consists of planning events, setting budget, choosing mentors and coordinating those weeks. My personal responsibility was communicating with the new students, the mentors and the student counselling throughout the project, making sure right information is given to the right people at the right time.
