I have worked with Vivek for 3 years in IBM. During the tenure of our work there I found him extremely diligent in managing all stake holder activities on time. He managed quality metrics for my team consistently. I have also been part of his Six Sigma project team and it resulted in 8 man hours saved per ticket. His connect and rapport with the team was really good which contributed to effective feedback sessions / team meetings. He was very good in managing conflict management quite well especially during privacy incident discussion.
