   Planning upon receiving of the Quotation/Project file with LOI from the Estimation department, on how to carry out with the Designing of different panels, and a rough estimate of the time required to carry out the same for the whole project.  Designing of LV Switchgear includes taking note of the specification from the client complying to whatever applicable, along with taking care of complying with the local authority regulations (i.e.KAHRAMAA ) and QCS regulations.  According to the above point assigning my team & myself the job depending on individual capability / requirement.  Design includes • Main & Sub Main Distribution Board • Synchronization panels with multiple incomers with complete controls • Motor Control Centers, Single starter Panels • Automatic Transfer switches (with ACBs, MCCBs or Contactors). • Capacitor Banks. • Lighting Control Panels, Feeder pillars.  Attending technical Meetings with contractor/consultant to resolve technical/commercial issues during design stage and production process.  Securing Kahramaa approval on switchgear items in the project.  Provide support for external purchases and launching internal ordering process.  Follow up with Supply-chain, Production for the materials readiness in time.  Ensuring on time procurement and production to achieve forecasted invoice.  Giving a clearance or approval to dispatch the panels from factory to QA/QC Department based on certain terms.  After successful completion of the material delivered to Site. Coordinating with the after sales site engineer for any queries.  Resolving the issue arising during testing and commissioning of panels and providing service support. Show less
