Though NEP 2020 focuses on the same and recently launched ‘NCF for Foundational Stage 2022’ vehemently hammered on ‘Competency’ yet there is strong skepticism on how exactly to implement it with unanimous acceptance and heightened learning outcomes. Our ‘Advanced Competency based Train the Trainer Program’ is a well-tested, accepted and admired solution to solve this riddle. This program comprehensively covers NEP 2020 and NCPFECCE 2022 including but not limited to critical thinking, problem/cause identification and problem solving, creative thinking, multidisciplinary, futuristic, holistic, integrated, inquiry driven, discovery oriented, learner centered, discussion-based, flexible, play-based and enjoyable amongst others. As Vice-President, I was assigned to lead half of the country's business as the company’s Zonal Business Head reporting into the CEO. I lead the territories of Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, UP, Uttarakhand, MP, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Gujarat during this period.       An initiative born out of my mind and very close to me, Parenstor Education, as the name suggests was incorporated to edify all the three stakeholders viz. PAREN=Parents, S=Students and TOR=Educators. We stepped ahead to revolutionize the tuition & coaching landscape by launching a number of first time initiatives like Education Classes, Educator Training Program, My Smart Mom Program, Teach Your Own Child Program, Enhanced Productivity and Skill Development Program for School Teachers and so on. Created and supervised a cross-functional team of 18 people, ran digital media campaign based on SEO, SEM, SMO and google analytics, comprehensive outdoor campaigns, using print media and what not but it went into deep sleep due to financial crisis.
