  ✅ Identify avenues to search and qualify the best suitable candidates and keep active database ready for client requirement. ✅ Source profiles/resumes by using Regular, Boolean and X-Ray Boolean search techniques from the internal databases, personal database, user groups, associations, phone lists, social networking (LinkedIn, Facebook), ATS and job boards like Monster & Career Builder for specific requirements to source active and passive candidates for contract, contract-to-perm, and permanent positions. ✅ Attending the conference calls with the account managers for each position to understand, and help placing candidates of exceptional caliber.
