Professor Craig Mahoney
Vivek delivered two 3 hour virtual training sessions on understanding, interpreting and questioning finance reports to my colleagues at the University of Law during 2022. He has an exceptionally good style, engaging colleagues through interaction and short quizzes, bringing finance to life in a non-threatening and collaborative manner. He was able to take difficult concepts and make them real and understandable to senior colleagues in non-finance roles. His ability to run virtual workshops is exemplary during which he captivates the group, keeps them engaged and is able to handle off task questions and topics that enable the whole group to benefit. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting sessions on finance for non-finance people.

Vivek delivered a seminar for the Arden finance team on IFRS compared to UK GAAP. He had clearly done his homework on our business- the seminar was very relevant and delivered in an interesting, collaborative and interactive manner. The team came away from the day feeling enthused, significantly more knowledgeable and with some practical areas to be addressed. Vivek did a great job for us and we are very grateful. Highly recommended.

I have known and worked with Vivek for a number of years. As a learning and development professional, he is simply the best finance trainer I have ever engaged with. Feedback from delegates is always excellent, not only do they all learn more than they expected before attending, they are surprised by how much they enjoyed his workshops.

I decided to step down from management responsibilities following some significant changes in my personal situation at home. Some serious illness in the family combined with the birth of my first child meant that I wanted to spend considerably more time at home.Over these years of working part time and being a "house husband" I have continued to develop and deliver high quality training programmes.I was the head of US GAAP course development at BPP as well as delivering a wide range of other courses including Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Insolvency courses

Upon qualification I was extremely fortunate to join the Corporate Training team at ATC (which subsequently was taken over by FTC). In this time I found the benefit of bespoke training and how it can help organisational development. I developed specialist knowledge of the public sector and worked with many clients such as Department of Health, Department for Transport, Defra, DTI (now BIS), the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Ofgem, OFT and Managed a contract with the Irish Civil Service.
