  * Attending meetings with the main contractor with regards to the progress of the project; * Working out levels from the datum that is given to us by the main contractor, in order to make sure our structures are erected at the correct levels; * Working with shop drawings and engineer’s drawings to make sure our steel is erected correctly; * Steel that is incorrectly manufactured and sent to me on site, I make modifications , so that it can be erected accordingly; * Managing and supervising a team of 13 employees; * Keeping a detail report of all drawings, including but not limited to, details for connections and site instructions for the project; * Designing analysis of buildings and all structures in collaboration with professional engineers; * Creating detailed drawings for items to be manufactured using “Tekla Structures”; * Conducting site surveys for projects.
