  My job at Maynardleigh India is to be clear on our vision and communicate it effectively everyday.I direct, manange and support my people in doing what they promise to implement their vision.I nourish my body, mind and soul by loving what I do and doing what I love. I exist to create wellbeing in the Maynardleigh community. My responsibilities include creating opportunities for Maynardleigh’s work in India. I begin with diagnosing the problem by listening and really listening to our clients, by understanding their problem and their needs. After this, I use my insights to design meaningful solutions with my team by devising content and ensuring proper implementation. In this process, my focus is to make our work visible, productive and relevant to the client’s needs. I further deliver these solutions to unlock people’s potential and embed learning. The final step is discovering and evaluating the progress of the solution. I am also captivated by the idea of blending technology with learning solutions for our clients.
