Few days after have graduated from Hotel Management School in Lausanne - Switzerland, have accepted challenge to manage over 150 member of staff at 24 years of age in Hurghada. Clientele was mainly from European Tour Operators and had to ensure good quality of service, with minimum cost. Operating margins were very low. Have scored highest performance ever on Food & Beverage sales thanks to training, up selling and implementing a reward system among staff. Hotel was able to cope with drop of room income due to price crash following terrorist attack in Luxor thanks to Food and Beverage additional income.
