Vittoria was a valued member of our Student/Co-op community at Metrolinx over the summer 2022 work-term. In addition to Vittoria's role with their team, Vittoria went the extra mile to also plan social and networking events for her fellow Co-ops and Summer Students. This additional time and effort put into elevating the experience of colleagues demonstrates Vittoria's approach to work, and the incredible value Vittoria brings to an organization. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Vittoria as part of our 2022 Summer Student/Co-op program and believe Vittoria would make an excellent addition to any organization she chooses to pursue moving forward.

Vittoria was an incredibly talented JSA who directly reported to me. She exceeded the milestones needed to excel in the Shopify Junior Support Advisor role during her 8 months with the program. Vittoria successfully graduated the JSA program with flying colors! She is a star in the part time program and truly an example of who Shopify is looking for to build with in the long term. An area Vittoria excels in is project management and data collection. Victoria demonstrated a strong ability to succeed in the JSA role directly supporting entrepreneurs business growth on the Shopify platform. In addition, she was able to help run a new initiative that improved engagement and positively improved morale. To this day, I am continuing to use the data she collected and trained others to use while working part time. She is an asset to any team and I would love to have her back on any team I'm managing.
