Vitaly is very skilled in various types of the UNIX operating system, in the Sun Platforms (hardware) running the Motorola Network Management Solutions, in Informix and Oracle data bases and in many scripting languages. He is an excellent team leader and team player has high learning capabilities and is very good natured.
