I had the great pleasure of working with Vishwa whilst at The Bristol Steiner School. He joined the school management team as their first Admissions Manager and soon made an impact. He had a laser like focus on business development as he quickly built a strong pipeline of potential parents and pupils. Vishwa nurtured that pipeline with regular and personal communications with the parents, the results of which bore fruit in the record numbers of new pupils entering the school. And all during a pandemic. Vishwa also meticulously created and implemented the school joining and admissions process ensuring all customer touch points were covered, from first contact through school visits and to the pupil's first week in school. He is always a delight to be with, never forgetting to bring his great sense of humour to any meeting! Thanks Vishwa and good luck for the future!
