  As Convener, I oversaw departments like PR, Sponsorship, Production, Hospitality, Budget Management, On-call, Accommodation, Events, and Campus Designing. Leading a core team of fifteen people and an associate team of thirty-plus gave me a varied and diverse experience in dealing with and guiding people from varied departments.Synapse is DaKaTyohar!! It is one of the biggest fests in Gujarat, full of technical and non-technical events. It also includes three pro nights(concerts) which cover a total of three days and four nights. In short, Synapse is one of the most memorable days of DAIICT campus life!!!

  Synapse is DaKaTyohar!! It is one of the biggest fests in Gujarat full of technical and non-technical events. It also includes 3 pro nights(concerts) compromising in a total of 3 days and 4 nights. In short, Synapse is one of the most memorable days of DAIICT campus life!!!Managed the sponsorship department taking on the challenge to bring sponsorship even in online mode. Took up the challenge to reframe the offline cultural events to online mode as the fest itself was in online mode. An unique experience in itself pitching and selling the online cultural fest to sponsors!
