Instruct Camp Boss for the warning of the employees for the disciplinary actions. Passport – Review and keep track of the emails, whether the passport is forwarded to the concerned person or submitted to Head Office. Security Pass – Gather the information and check the reasons for delays of the submission in the security pass. Front Office Administration: Answer and direct phone calls, Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, Maintain contact lists. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
