Dear Sir, 3 experiences with u! Amongst your highly busy schedule, u had asked me to express my views on Stephen Covey's 7 habits of effectiv people. It was a gr8 experience which I still recollect. The 1st week of JFM, when one of BMs at Juhu had quitted, u wer the ZM, operating from Juhu branch. Your talk to the Agency Mangers, including me, were so motivating that it resulted in exceptional business in the followg week for the entire branch. Also the 3rd experience, when I was not performing well & nearly forced to quit. Mr Patnaik(BM Ghatkopar) was after me, mercilessly. Arun Bhondve had recently joined as BM. U trusted me. Came Aug & to the surprise of all I loggd in Rs 10 L premm & declared as the No. 1 Agency Manager. Celebrations & trophy for me, at your hands, followed at Juhu Hotel. I owe that entire success to God, my parents & u! It feels gr8 & fortunate to learn frm effective mentors & icons like u! Thank u & God Bless u, Sirji!
