As part of my role at Code Switch Consultant, I am working with a client that designs and manufactures quality travel products for the retail market. Given the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the travel industry, the client is developing a Business to Customer (B2C) e-commerce strategy to sell their products online. My role involves helping the client obtain powerful insights into their customers and users of their products, and developing strategies for creating meaningful interactions, feedback, and involvement with their community of customers. Through this project, I have applied my research, data analysis, and customer engagement skills to help client develop an effective and engaging online presence. Show less

As as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant on a British Heart Foundation (BHF) funded project at the University of Dundee, I was involved in project that aimed to investigating the role of obesity-associated extracellular matrix (ECM) remodelling on cardiac insulin resistance and cardiac dysfunction using techniques such as pressure-volume loops and hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamp. I gained skills such as the ability to manage multiple research projects and data analysis using statistical analysis software (PRISM), MS excel and python programming (Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, Matplotlib) to derive important insight from the biomedical data and to communicate and present findings at the team meetings and conferences.
