I started my career here after completing my MBA in Production and Materials Management. I joined as an Operations Trainee but in 4 months was given an opportunity to start my own training vertical. I have been heading their soft skills training vertical (Focus Training Solutions) since its inception in December 2008. Working here as a vertical head has given me a good exposure to the requirements of being a true leader. It was sort of a bumpy ride in the start with me not knowing anything in training, but Karishma,with whom I did my train the trainer course, changed my life. She taught me everything related to training and I started off. Today, almost 500 Hrs. of Pan India Training later, I turn back and look at my journey. This early opportunity in my life not only taught me leadership skills, it taught me the ownership required to run any business.
