Bio
Kassapa Wickramasinghe
I have worked with Vishwanath on Underground infrastructure design project at Kahatagaha mines, Dodangaslanda, Sri Lanka in 2015. He is highly adaptable, encouraging and supportive. He is excellent in team player-ship and effective communication.
Dakshitha (Dak) Weerasinghe, PhD
Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach and mentor—but I did when I worked for Vishwa. I had the pleasure of working with Vishwa for three years at the MoraSpirit Initiative, collaborating on several project teams. He is easy to work with and will manage a team of 150 members, under stressful situations. He has developed ample expertise in managing a group of people with different backgrounds. He is always capable of adapting to new working environments, and new people. His enthusiasm and communication skills are most commendable. As a team member or a leader, Vishwa earns my highest recommendation.
