Virginie was the first HR trainee and project assistant in our office where she set high standards. She is independent, mature, punctual and very organised person and it was obvious that she already had previous working experiences. First part of the internship was more oriented in human resources and project management and the second part more in marketing. She already possessed HR skills but she also acquired new ones i.e. organisation of a Skype interview with the international participants and matching them with Slovenian companies. At the same time, she was also responsible for different student projects where she developed project managerial skills. Through marketing and communication part of the internship she was responsible to present our services to new international schools and other organisations. She improved her communication skills, English and Italian communication skills, composing marketing emails, composing direct marketing communications, social media marketing, strategy development skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills and organisational skills. At the end of the practice she was co-mentor to our new student in the office and she also acquired monitoring, mentoring skills and managerial skills. It was a pleasure to work with her and I fully recommend her to future potential employees in France and worldwide.
