In my role of Global Marketing Director for the Aerospace and Defense industry at Accenture, being able to rely on Senior Business Leaders Executive Assistants is crucial as they have direct access to these very busy internal clients of mine. I've had the privilege of working closely with Virginie and she's all an executive assistant should be: super professional, perfectly organized to the point you can never take her off guard, reactive and proactive, smart and always ready and happy to help. But Virginie is more than this. Being very smart, she's also able to step up and go beyond the classic boundaries of her role. When working together, she actively participated in some of my marketing programs, including delivering some powerful event programs onsite, like the Paris Air Show 2017 for example. Always on the look out for new things to learn, she actually appreciated to go beyond her "comfort zone", which made her a great asset. Finally, she was always in a positive mood and showing a smiling face even under pressure.
