Sep 2006 - Aug 2007
Embodied the vision for providing excellence in Montessori education, and care for every child and pupil, as a Primary School Teacher, I created an environment in which every child could blossom, with vast opportunities for children to learn and grow at the own pace while building a solid foundation for future success. I taught KS1-3 students in a bilingual, culturally diverse setting of mixed ages and abilities. - Collaborated with a small group of teachers to create an alternative form of education (Montessori Method) that provide stimulating, guided learning that closely aligns to each child's individual needs - Created lesson plans and curricula that nurtures the social, physical, intellectual, and emotional skills of each child, within an inclusive, engaging class environment - Delivered guided learning centred on French (as a foreign language), Art, PE, Maths, History and Geography - Nurtured outstanding students who can accept failure, learn from mistakes, and embrace creativity - Observed students, tracked progression, and created reports to guide out-of-classroom child growth - Contributed to wider school activities, extra-curricular sessions and led field trips Show less

I completed the Qualified Teacher Programme (QTS) as a Secondary School Teacher in Greenacre School for Boys. Moreover, I implemented a MFL extra-curricular club that enabled those with interest in languages to develop advanced knowledge and reflect on cultural aspects. As Lead Teacher of Languages, I delivered Spanish and French to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (inc.
