Throughout the past four years I’ve worked at Indeed, Virginia has been an amazing partner and teammate. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her on several projects in different capacities. Virginia has impacted Indeed in so many ways, but in particular, I was impressed by her focus on data-driven decision-making from planning through post-production. On several occasions, she brought together multiple teams to fully understand requirements and work toward measurable results. She empowered others to utilize company resources such as user testing, A/B testing and analytics. Beyond her scope of work, Virginia went the extra mile to improve employee morale by leading a pilot program, Cultivating Resilience and Well-Being, in collaboration with University of Pennsylvania. Overall, I always enjoyed time spent with Virginia, whether working together on a project or catching up over lunch. She is a joy to work with, and she will be a powerful addition to any team.
