I can confidently say that Virginia is one of the top managers I ever worked with in my over 20 years of experience in this industry. Virginia and I worked together for almost 2 years now and she is detailed oriented and has good technical and leadership skills. She continuously tries to find ways to work more efficiently to help her team succeed. She is always open to new ideas and encourages innovations and supports her team 100% all the time.
