  TCRS managed 5 different Tax Credit properties within the Baton Rouge area. I worked all 5 properties from Leasing Consultant, Floating Assistant and last 3 years, I was Assistant Manager at one Property off Siegen Lane. I helped lease and managed properties minimum of 104 to over 600 units including but not limited to Leasing, renewals, Managerial position included posting rent on Yardi, filing monthly evictions, attended court for all evictions, Tax Credit required annual recertification's for each household, Involved in State for recertification's and walked units choses by state.
